The following message was posted on isisdev-l and ISIS System Notification List on 10/4/06
———————————————————————————-

To all ISIS users,

AIS will be reconfiguring the network configuration within the Cisco Content Service Switch to address an AIS-specific network configuration issue with ISIS on Sunday 10/8/2006 at 10 AM. We are moving the ISIS servers onto its own internal content switch subnet to eliminate a network conflict with other ISIS applications currently hosted on the same subnet. ISIS’s public IP address (and host name) will remain the same. This work will cause intermittent outage to the ISIS service lasting approximately 30 minutes.

When the reconfiguartion completes, we ask all applications hosted on the AIS network to test on Sunday. We will send out notice to the isisdev-l list at approximately 10:30am to let everyone know to start testing.

For applications hosted outside the AIS network, this change is transparent to you. However, you will see the same email coming through the list. Testing is optional, though we appreciate any testing you might perform.
