Hi all,

A quick update on the issue described in the attached email:

We have determined that replication is not the cause of the intermittent 704002 errors. Therefore, we have resumed the data replication processes. You can continue to use the ISIS Admin Tool in its normal condition now.

In the meantime, we are continuing to diagnosing the error. We have made an adjustment to increase the profile caching time. This increases the delay between the amount of time your profile changes takes effect in the production servers, but dramatically decreases the amount of database queries we fire to refresh the profile cache in the ISIS Web Service. We will continue to monitor to see if this improves the condition. I’ll send another update tomorrow AM when we have more data.
