OASIS Security Services Technical Committee
The OASIS Security Services TC works to advance the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) as an OASIS standard. SAML is an XML framework for exchanging authentication and authorization information. MI follows the development of SAML and other security services related standards closely. Where possible, MI will implement security services using these standards.
The UCLA Programmer's Exchange
The UCLA Programmer's Exchange is an e-community for all developers at UCLA. If you are a developer working at UCLA, make sure you visit the web site to check out what is happening with the software development community at UCLA.
Internet2 Middleware Site
The Internet2 middleware website provides a wealth of information on the development, standards, and deployment of middleware projects at Internet2 universities.
MI is heavily involved in several key core middleware services development and deployment projects at UCLA. These projects include enterprise directory and common authentication and authorization services. Much of our work parallels the effort under way at Internet2. If you are involved in these projects with MI, This is a must visit site.
